No bright colours or prints needed when the design is as interesting as this grey wrap dress. I can already tell that I’ll be getting a lot of wear out of it this summer, either styled casually like today with sneakers or with simple, black heels and a statement necklace for a night time look.

I wore this on an afternoon wandering in Fremantle and despite having visited the town many times before, we manage to find new interesting spots to take outfit photos every time. We went to the (old) Fremantle prison which is located on a hill overlooking the ocean and while we were actually just about to walk down to the streets, we spotted this somewhat deserted looking little lane. The perfect backdrop for photos!
I posted this photo on Instagram last week, asking your thoughts on the shoes. I was surprised that one of my readers actually recognized my boyfriend’s drawings on the shoes. She was right, the shoes are indeed customized by Hassan. I really love a good print and this one is as unique as it gets. I felt like the shoes blended in perfectly with this soft jersey dress, creating the casual look that I felt like wearing that day.
