Let’s talk classy, comfy shoes shall we? When I run errands, I ALWAYS wear either flats or a very low (block) heel. Torturing myself in heels just doesn’t seem to make sense, even though I’m sure we all agree that they look nice. Here are 5 pairs of shoes that I currently have on rotation:

1. Loafers
Trend or no trend, one thing is for sure: I’ll always stay a loafer girl by heart. They’re chic, effortless and sophisticated and can be worn with jeans, dresses, bare legs: anything. For ultimate versatility, opt for one in a dark shade without too much fuss & a more funky pair like these.
2. Pointy flats
I don’t know what is about pointy flats, but for some reason they have the ability to make any outfit look more expensive. If you’re looking to create a super chic outfit, then these are your go-to pair. Very polished and on point!
3. Brogues
a.k.a. the men’s shoe. I have a thing for metallic silver footwear, so when I spotted these beauties at Tamaris I just had to have them! Funky level 100/100, let’s be honest. I love how these silver brogues give an otherwise somewhat predictable and girly outfit a completely different feel.
4. Block heel booties
The best option for the colder days when open flats aren’t in the question! I love having a pair of booties in my closet that’s in the same colour family as my winter coat(s). These would by the way also look very nice with bare legs and a cute summer dress.
5. Low boots
My most worn pair of boots this winter! I much prefer boots with a little heel compared to none at all. Looks more sophisticated then the flat-on-the-ground kind of boots for sure.
My favourite comfy AND classy shoes:
