Le breton stripe

Spring is coming! The days become longer, the blossoms start to pop and you can smell it in the air! Well, in France at least. The perfect occasion to wear my first spring outfit of the season…

Here’s a confession: most winter days, I don’t wear much else than an ensemble of a chunky knit, skinny jeans and an easy pair of boots. So boring, I know. Let’s call it the fashion winter sleep? There’s just nothing in winter that gets me excited to dress nicely. But we’re back! To honour French style, I went for a breton stripe (such a classic, I know!).  The slighly oversized fit of the top works perfectly with the chic skirt, creating that that effortless and undone feeling I like.

I’m at Chateau Autignac, situated in the beautiful Languedoc area. We couldn’t possibly wish for a more photogenic place to end up! This is the front of the Chateau, a perfect mix between traditonal charm and modern features.

What do you feel like wearing during the spring?
