When my outfit involves a skirt that is shorter than knee length, I prefer an A line over a cut that’s body hugging. This leather skirt from Oasis embodies the right balance I’m looking for and I love its crisp blue leather and zip details.

This is my second look for my collaboration with Oasis (find the first one here) and this one too was so much fun to style! I opted for a structured and slightly loose top to go with it, which is a great staple if you like tucking tops in your jeans or skirts to give your outfits a casual feel. On top I’m wearing a boyfriend gilet that I recently purchased. It’s a great piece for casual layering during summer and it toughens up dresses that you would normally not wear during the day time. I could think of so many different shoe options to go with this look, but I feel that a lace up heel really pulls this outfit together and adds the right amount spice.
I’m spending my Friday night in, it’s pouring rain, so the perfect time for me to catch up with emails. I’m off to Sydney from the 3rd until the 7th of June for both work (exciting meetings!) and pleasure, so I have to set up my schedule to be able to fit everything in. It’s going to be my first time on the East Coast, and alone, so if you have any tips on what to do and what to see in Sydney, please let me know. Keeping my fingers crossed for good weather…
