Continuing the topic of my primarily white summer wardrobe (check my previous post). This pretty crochet maxi dress from AX Paris had my name written all over it. Elegant, timeless and easy to wear. And you know what’s even better? It’s now on sale for $15(!). Yep, I’m not even joking.
I was actually going to wear this dress with a denim gilet, only deciding last moment that the outfit looked lots better without it. Less truly is more, most of the time! I also decided to bring out this pretty leopard bag from Zac Zac Posen again. Such a show stopper that certainly doesn’t look good with any outfit, but I love how it looks with neutrals and clean outfits like this for a bit of a “pop”.
Tatiane and I shot these photos while wandering the famous Amsterdam canals, my favourites being de Bloemgracht (these pictures) and Prinsengracht. Especially while everything is blooming and with the trees being that green, this part of town is such a picture perfect place. After we finished shooting for the day, we went home and prepared a nice salad with smoked salmon, then sat down with a glass of wine and the windows open for the rest of the evening. What’s not to love about summer, seriously?
