Spring Dresses

Spring Dresses

It’s that time of the year again, spring has arrived. Dressing for spring allows for wearing light layers, bare legs and wearing dresses with a more playful prints and lighter fabrics. Big this spring is anything with lace, soft floral prints and pastel colours.

Big high street (online) stores such as Topshop, Zara and Primark are always on point when it comes to quickly translating runway trends to wearable, cheap options to wear. I love what I’ve been seeing around so far when browsing online. Water colour prints, ruched details and funky prints, it’s safe to say that this spring you shouldn’t be afraid to pick dresses that stand out. Opting for flowy and light materials is a must and looks so much fun paired with accessories and cute sandals.

A brand that in my opinion has worked very well around the spring trends for their dresses collection this season is J.crew. The playful silhouettes, rich fabrics and flattering fits of the dresses are so easy to style and blend in with the items you already have in your wardrobe.  I like the idea of being able to wear pieces that I love again next season and J.crew seems to be working wonders achieving that.
