There’s nothing as easy to wear as a casual dress. Preferably in a smooth jersey stretch fabric, these dresses are meant to be worn with flats, sandals or even sneakers. Simply throw on a blazer and you’re ready to head out.

If you’re anything like me, time management is your worst quality. I really like going out looking nice, styled and well groomed but sometimes I just don’t have the time to try around different options to wear. When you’ve been in a situation where you literally have to head out of the door in 5 minutes but you’re still in your pyjamas, the one thing I always grab is a simple, A line midi dress which is preferably fitted in the waist. They’re always appropriate to wear, the look flattering and they don’t require much thought on how to wear them especially if you opt for a basic colour such as black, white or grey.

I really swear by having at least 5 of these dresses in your closet, so anytime you have a dressing emergency you can grab one and head out within seconds.
